The model in the demo video weighs approximately 65kg and is holding two 5kg weights. Please note, this bench does not lie completely flat at a 180-degree angle; you can see a slight incline at 0:02 in the video when the bench is at position 8. However, position 8 is still comfortable for lying down. Be sure to securely tighten the adjustment pin before exercising. If you weigh more than 65kg, this bench is not recommended for you.
